Delete your account

Here you can request the definitive deletion of your SyncUp account and of all your personal data, as guaranteed by Ley 25.326 (art. 16).

What gets deleted

Your account and your profile (name, email, date of birth, city, bio)
Your profile photos
Your messages in the group chats
Your music profile and your preferences
Your sign-in data (email, password and the linked Google or Apple accounts)
Every other piece of data associated with your account

Once you send the request, your account is deactivated immediately and you stop being visible to other users. The definitive deletion of the data is completed within 5 business days at most. This action is irreversible.
