Brand guidelines
The SyncUp brand
The official files and the rules for using them. This page is the only current version: if a loose file reached you by mail, check here before producing anything.
The two things not to mix up
They are different things, and confusing them is the most expensive mistake you can make with this brand.
Aurora Pulse is the identity
The deep violet badge with its teal aurora and three white rings. It is what people recognise on their home screen. Campaigns are built on this.
Violet to magenta is action
The gradient for buttons, CTAs and the wordmark in the lockup. It is a "tap here" signal, not the badge, and it never replaces the aurora in a brand piece.
The marks
Each one has a use. They are not interchangeable.
Lockup
The default. The surface decides the wordmark ink: white here, because this panel is dark.
Mark
Rounded corners, transparent background. Favicon, avatar, header.
Square mark
Full bleed and opaque. App icon and store listings.
Single ink
Screen printing, embroidery, stamps, and any one-colour co-branding.
Clear space and minimum sizes
Leave at least half the height of the mark clear on all four sides. Because the measure comes from the mark itself, it scales from a favicon to a billboard.
Lockup: 20 px tall
Below that the counter of the "p" fills in and it stops reading.
Mark: 16 px
The badge survives a little smaller, but 16 is the practical floor.
The surface decides the wordmark ink. On dark it is white at any size: the gradient’s violet end reaches 3.51:1 there against 18.02:1 for white, and the badge already carries every colour. On light it takes the gradient, but only while it is large: from 44 px tall for the horizontal lockup and 96 px for the stacked one, which is where cap height reaches 20 px.
In print the floor is 4 mm tall, for the horizontal lockup and the mark alike. It comes from a size ladder reviewed on paper: the 3 mm step stopped reading. Treat it as a conservative floor rather than a measurement calibrated on a particular stock, so ask for a fresh proof before going smaller. For the stacked lockup all we know is that 6 mm reads, because we did not go below it.

These values come from the app tokens. They are not typed by hand.

What not to do
- Do not recolour the mark or substitute the gradient.
- Do not stretch, rotate or distort it.
- Do not add shadows, outlines or textures.
- Do not rebuild the wordmark in another typeface.
- Do not place it on a busy photo where the teal loses contrast.
- Do not use the action gradient as a large campaign background.
What you cannot claim
Argentine consumer law folds advertising claims into the contract with the consumer: whatever a piece asserts, binds. This is not a style guide.
- No "no tracking" claims: the app uses analytics and error reporting.
- No "free forever".
- Nothing suggesting this is a dating app.
- No invented screenshots and no events that do not exist.
- Every promotion carries its start and end date inside the piece.
- Influencer content carries a visible sponsorship disclosure.
What does not exist yet
Better said out loud than invented by someone.
- No EPS or PDF: those get added the day something is actually printed. Any design tool opens the SVG.
- If you need something that is not here, ask before drawing it.

Full packFonts are not included and are not needed: the wordmark ships as outlines. For templates, install Inter from Google Fonts.
